The quality of a fiberglass pool is directly related to the production process and material quality. The gelcoat (paint), polyester and fiberglass standards used must be high.

  1. The mold of the product is cleaned and the polish called separator is applied to the mold.
  2. First, gelcoat is applied to the mold in 2 layers and left to dry.
  3. Polyester and glass fiber are processed on the gelcoat in 7 layers.
  4. In order to facilitate the transportation of the product and to make its structure rigid, it is supported by metal construction.
  5. The product coming out of the mold is made ready for installation by cutting and finishing processes.

We use our experience in water slide production and engineering in the production of fiberglass pools with the highest quality materials for performance and durability.

»  The product can be transported by open box truck, lorry or tractor.
»  A 4×8 meter fiberglass pool weighs an average of 850-950 kg.
»  The product is placed in the desired area with the help of a crane and the installation is done.
